15 Whole Recipes To Try

I feel like every month there's a new diet or food that ended up being good for you or bad. Eating healthy is not easy or fun at times. It's a lot easier to order in Chinese takeout for the third time in the week then take the time to cook a nice wholesome meal with real ingredients. Don't get me started on the weekly grocery shopping and meal prepping. Okay, I have to admit, I like grocery shopping for some weird unknown reason and I do like cooking, but it's the cleaning part I hate. Also, some weeks I just don't feel like doing any of it or half way through the week I'm already tired of what I planned to eat. Eating and cooking whole recipes shouldn't be a chore or something you dread. You should be excited to eat healthily and cook with real whole foods. Try these whole recipes to keep your body happy and healthy while not losing any taste or excitement. Don't worry I added something a little sweet in this article too.
