Now that school is in progress the homework is stacking. You may not be ready for it all, but we have help for that. Whether you need help with the answers or studying, there’s plenty of help out there. You don’t want to be the one left behind in class. So take our advice and use these helpful study tools to guide you.

Khan Academy

The first time I heard about Khan Academy was a second grade teacher who recommended it for my student. The second time I heard about it was at my University where my professor recommended it. Khan Academy is for all ages and has many subjects to help the student expand their learning. Khan offers videos, lessons, lectures and more. Everything from Math by grade and subject to Computing and even Finance. Khan also offers test preps for SATs. You can set yourself up for a successful year, your students, or your children. Khan is a good tool for vacations to keep any student from forgetting what they learned. You can also use the website to learn ahead of your peers. Khan Academy is free!

Grammarly

Everyone is always working on a computer, even younger students these days. And although we have advanced technology from the pen and paper, we still make mistakes. Grammarly is an App and online text editor that helps perfect your writing so you don’t have to. You can save time with Grammarly. It corrects your grammar, spelling, and punctuation as you type. Grammarly works through e-mail and social media as well. This app will get your fingers typing faster. You can download Grammarly on Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Yet you can also type your text on the online text editor found on their page. Grammarly is free to use. But, the premium upgrade will protect you from even bigger flaws.

Mathway

When it comes to math, we all have that trusty calculator. Yet, Mathway is a one-stop calculator website of its own. Mathway works for basic math, calculus, statistics, chemistry, graphing, and so much more! After you select your math subject, you can type in any problem. They even have unique symbols that correlate with your math. This will help you type in the equation for complicated problems. With the free version, you receive the answer with a hit of a button. But, with Mathway upgrade, you can see how the steps to solving the problem and use it to study for tests and quizzes.

Quizlet

In the beginning of the year, we have bought out the entire stock of note cards. Then they disappear and so does your knowledge of everything you wrote on them. Quizlet is you go-to for online note cards. It’s a study website that allows you to put your personal notes in study sets. This includes diagrams as well. You can share them with other students and even study off theirs as well. Most tests from high school to college are already on there and ready for you to study. Teachers as well can use this and share with their students what to study. Quizlet also has features to use like turning your study sets into a game to help you study better. The company also offers an app so you can study on the go with your smartphone. Quizlet is free for all students to learn.  

Chegg

Chegg is a site that offers college books to buy, rent, and even sell. They also offer internships and scholarship help. It still has more to offer. Chegg is a study site that helps college study prepare for whatever comes their way. You can find a large selection of textbook solutions, both even and odds. For students who are struggling this is a great tool. Chegg offers 24/7 tutoring professional and community help. You can ask any question or for study help. There are many online tutors available. Reaching out will not take long and get any student the help they need. There is also a 30-minute online face-to-face tutor feature in case of extra help. You are in good hands with the experts found here. Chegg study is a paid membership, but affordable and valued for the price.
