What Wisdom Has Taught Me About Noise

Noise is a distraction. Noise causes you to lose focus. Many lose focus because they are bored, busy, distracted, or in the wrong place (job, church, relationship, city, school, etc.). Getting by yourself is often needed to get rid of the noise. Isolation is not always bad if you use it positively. If you use isolation to improve, you are ok. Isolation should never be permanent; it is only temporary so that you can remove the noise that has overtaken your life. Isolation should never be to the point that no one knows nothing about you. Be careful and be wise.

Everyone has to deal with their feelings daily. Oftentimes, we allow our feeling to overtake our common sense and knowledge that we have been taught through the years. Why do we get caught up in our feelings? Why do we just blurt out what we are thinking with little or no regard to how it will affect us or the person or people? Why do we let our feelings get the best of us?
