Summer Brunch Recipes
Brunch is my all time favorite. At one point I was going to brunch every weekend, and sometimes I would go on Saturday and Sundays. But, we all know how expensive brunch can get if you're going on a weekly basis because brunch is not brunch without getting bottomless mimosas. And, if you do go to brunch and don't order yourself mimosas I will be praying for you. Why not make your own summer brunch at your place and still have fun with friends. This summer, save yourself some money and skip the uber's to and from brunch and the cost of your meal and bottomless mimosa. There's plenty of fun that can happen when inviting your friends over and showing off your mad cooking and five start hosting skills (or maybe just hosting for those who don't cook). Though I have only done it once, making brunch at your place of living is not only fun, but there's no 3 pm cut off time. You and your friends can enjoy flowing OJ and champagne (or my favorite prosecco) until the wee hours of the night, and just for fun make it a party or game night.Try these mouth-watering, good for your belly brunch recipes and call all your brunch buddies over and be merry with your bottomless mimosas.Disclosure: there's cleaning involved, but that can be the next's days worries.
Now don't let the word "vegan" scare you away. Don't these cinnamon rolls look delicious! If you live in Los Angeles like I do you at least have one vegan friend and they will be forever grateful that you had something vegan on your menu other than a piece of lettuce. Treat your vegan friends to this treat and all your non-vegan friends will be begging for more.SaveSave
Gluten, blueberries, pancakes, did I mention gluten already? This is a must dish for your summer brunch menu. It also doesn't require a lot of your time to cook. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, put them in a pan, and put it in the oven. Don't pass up this blueberry heaven. I promise your guests will thank you.
Yum! I'm making these this coming week as part of my meal prep for breakfast. If you don't want to go the meatless route, you can always add in bacon. Bacon makes everything better. No, seriously, the other day I made myself two strips of paleo bacon, and it was like I came back from a motivational conference; I was pumped.
Eggs in the morning, afternoon, dinner, or for a snack is always a good idea. Whip up this Mexican savory dish for brunch. What's great about this recipes is that it has BACON. Honestly, add bacon to anything, and people will love it. With the cheese, tomato, tortilla chips, and bacon there's no reason for there to be any evidence of this dish once brunch is done. Make sure to add this recipe to your brunch menu and maybe dance to Despacito a couple of time.
French toast, scallions, fresh parsley, and fried egg? Oh, my! This dish will not only bring back childhood memories of waking up to French Toast on a Saturday morning, but it's now all grown up and savory! Please, oh please, don't pass this dish up on your summer brunch.
Though traditional mimosas never go out of style, surprise your guest with this twist on mimosas.
