Once you get these, crush the almonds to form a fine paste. Add yogurt, milk (as required), three full teaspoons of turmeric and gram flour. If you don't want to use milk you can replace it with water. Apart from turmeric, you can also add some honey, known for its antibacterial properties.Leave it on till it completely dries as you enjoy reading your favorite book, listen to some relaxing music, or take the most desired nap. After it dries, you can rinse it off under tap water.
