3 Ingredient Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast, as we know, is the most important meal of the day. It stops hunger from overtaking us until lunch. Plus, breakfast foods are some of the most inexpensive. Let's make that breakfast budget even smaller and your mornings easier with these three ingredient breakfast recipes.

Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls (12 count - frozen)

  • 1 box Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding

  • 1 stick of Butter

Instructions:

  1. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Line dish with frozen cinnamon rolls.

  3. Sprinkle pudding mix over the top of the cinnamon rolls.

  4. Melt a stick of butter & drizzle on top.

  5. Cover dish with saran wrap. Be sure to spray saran wrap with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  6. Refrigerate overnight.

  7. In the morning, set the cinnamon rolls out at room temperature for 45min - 1 hour before allowing rolls to rise.

  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & bake for 20 minutes.

  9. Ice while hot.

Serve with your favorite juice or coffee.

Easy Sweet Potatoes & Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium/large Sweet Potato

  • 3 large Eggs

  • Shredded Goat or Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Julienne your sweet potato [or use the large holes on a grater].

  2. Heat a 9-10-inch skillet that is oven safe over medium and add 2 tsp. Coconut Oil.

  3. Once hot, place the sweet potato in the pan and frequently stir until done to your liking. About 8-12 minutes.

  4. Set your oven to broil on high.

  5. Spread the sweet potato evenly around the pan and create 3 small wells for the eggs.

  6. Crack eggs one at a time and pour into each well.

  7. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes until the white just starts to solidify and turn opaque.

  8. Sprinkle with cheese and place under the broiler, watching closely, until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, hold the pan at an angle over a plate, and slide out of the pan with a large metal spatula.  Serve immediately.

Banana Sushi

Ingredients:

  • One peeled banana

  • Your favorite nut butter

  • Dried nuts, seeds, and fruit

Instructions:

  1. Take a peeled banana and slather it with your favorite nut butter on one side.

  2. Sprinkle your favorite dried nuts, seeds, and fruit over the nut butter.

  3. Cut the banana into little slices like a sushi roll with the nut butter side up.

Serve with your favorite warm beverage.
