Great No Bake Pie Recipes For Christmas

Traditionally, Christmas pies are baked, but there are some recipes that are just as delicious where no oven is required! Here are three no bake, Christmas pie recipes.

Holiday Eggnog Pie

This recipe takes 15 minutes to prepare in addition to the time it takes to freeze it, and yields eight servings.

Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon butter, softened

½ cup confectioner’s sugar

1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

¼ cup eggnog

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 ½ cups whipped topping

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese, butter, and confectioner’s sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Add and beat in the eggnog, sour cream, and pie spice.
  3. Fold in the whipped.
  4. Spread the mixture into the crust.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  6. Cover and freeze for four hours or until firm.
  7. Remove from the freezer and let sit for 15 minutes before slicing it up

Mocha Java Pie with Kahlua Cream

This recipe takes 25 minutes to prepare in addition to freezing time, and yields eight servings.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

½ cup confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon hot water

2 cups whipped topping

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 chocolate graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Pudding Layer:

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

3.9 ounces (1 package) instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup 2% milk

1 ½ cups whipped topping

Kahlua Cream:

1 cup heavy whipped cream

3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon Kahlua (coffee liqueur)

Chocolate curls (optional)

Directions:

  1. Dissolve the coffee granules in the hot water.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until fluffy in a large bowl.
  3. Add the vanilla and coffee mixture.
  4. Fold in whipped topping, and the spoon into the crust.

Pudding Layer:

  1. Dissolve coffee granules in milk in a small bowl.
  2. Combine milk mixture and pudding mix in a large bowl.
  3. Beat on a high speed until the pudding is thick. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread carefully over the layer of cream cheese.

Kahlua Cream:

  1. Beat cream until thick in a small bowl.
  2. Add confectioners’ sugar and Kahlua, beating together until soft peaks form.
  3. Spread over pudding layer.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate curls across the top.
  5. Refrigerate for two hours or until set.

No Bake Peppermint Mocha Pie

Ingredients For Crust:

1 ½ cup crushed graham cracker crust (use gluten-free if you want)

¼ cup sugar

4 tablespoons butter (melted)

The Pie:

1 tablespoon hot water

8 squares semi-sweet bakers chocolate

1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding

2 ¼ cups milk

1 ½ cup cool whip

¼ cup peppermint coffee creamer

1 tablespoon instant espresso powder

Directions:

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter then press into the bottom of a greased pie pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate according to the package directions then pour it onto the crust. Be sure to spread evenly over the bottom of the pie dish.
  3. Place the dish in the freezer for ten minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  4. Blend the pudding mix, creamer, and milk in a medium mixing bowl.
  5. Mix the espresso powder and hot water in a small measuring cup or bowl. The espresso powder needs to be dissolved completely. Add the coffee mixture and pudding mixture together, stirring well.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture in the pie dish, and top it with the whipped cream.
