A Vegetarian Thanksgiving

Here’s our list of food for a Vegetarian Thanksgiving! Last month I decided to go partially vegetarian “Flexitarian” and to my surprise I thought I would be dying the first day, but I didn’t. Since then I’ve limit my red meat intake to next to nothing and eating more chicken and fish. As the holidays start next week it can be difficult to find things to eat on the Thanksgiving table especially if you’re not the one hosting it. Here are some recipes you can make or send to your loved ones and friends to add to their menu. Being a vegetarian and/or vegan doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy and get full on Thanksgiving Day before heading out to the store and burning all the calories you ate.
